We are Rozi and Máté, daughter and son of Hungarian producer-director father and screenwriter-psychotherapist mother. We have lived a life close to set, so we know our way around the film industry and can help you in English, Hungarian, French, Spanish and German.
Leasing apartments started for us as a family business 10 years ago, but our priorities have not changed since then: it is essential that our guests have a cosy stay in the warm interior of our chic homes, to regain their lost energy between long days of filming. Our stays are located in the heart of Budapest, close to the most beautiful landmarks, and still, with a chill atmosphere. Even thousands of miles away from your house, in our apartments, we want you to feel like it’s home.

- Fluent English speaking greeter waiting for you in the apartment upon arrival to give you a full tour of your rental and answer all questions.
- Detailed Guidebook of your apartment, your neighborhood and Budapest in general including restaurant, bar, shopping and time out recommendations for all occasions
- Unlimited free High Speed Internet wireless WIFI connection
- Maid once a week for rentals, includes change of bed linen, towels and cleaning of the apartment.
- Flat screen color television with remote control and cable stations (in many units multiple televisions are included)
- Stereo systems – most with iPod or MP3 hook up
- Fully equipped kitchen, glassware, dishes, cutlery, coffee machine, toaster, utensils, pots, pans, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, stove. All units are equipped with dishwashers and garbage disposals as well
- Washer and dryer access
- Complete set of plush cotton towels
- High thread count cotton bed linens, hygienically controlled pillows, duvets and blankets
- Air conditioning system or fans for comfort during the summer season
